San Diego Youth Development Foundation invests in the passions, talents, and potential of young people to create positive individual and community impact. By meeting youth where they are, we provide meaningful opportunities that encourage character development, leadership, purpose, and long-term personal growth.

Our services are designed to create positive outlets that engage youth through their interests while fostering confidence, responsibility, resilience, and community connection. Through mentorship, athletics, arts, workforce readiness, leadership development, community engagement, and other youth-centered opportunities, we aim to help young people channel their passions into positive outcomes for themselves and the communities around them.
